Historia
The company was founded in 1911 by Baldomero Pifarré in Bellpuig, beginning with the production of jams, quince jelly, nougat, and caramels in a small workshop. Over time, it specialized in caramels, sugared almonds, and dried fruit and chocolate confections. In 1926, they created the Piropos caramel, and in 1929, they participated in the Barcelona International Exhibition, where they received a grand prize for the quality of their sweets. Over more than 100 years, the company has evolved, incorporating new recipes, ingredients, and technologies, while always maintaining its focus on quality and family tradition.
