The history of NASSARI A history bound to the sea. After the generation of zinc dedicated to peix, in 1977 Isidre Codina created the brand Nassari i s'inicia en l'art de l'elaboració de l'anxova en salaó i del seitó en vinagre. Vint anys després, 1997, is founded by the company Siro & Xavi SL dedicated exclusively to the elaboration and commercialization of the Nassari products. Currently, the products are reconnected internationally: USA, Mexico, France, Regne Unit, Alemanya, Polonia, Xina, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Philippines ...


Historia
The company has its origins in a family with five generations dedicated to the fishing industry. In 1977, Isidre Codina created the Nassari brand, specializing in the production of salted anchovies and pickled whitebait. In 1997, Siro & Xavi SL was founded to dedicate itself exclusively to the production and marketing of Nassari products, which are currently distributed internationally.

The company mainly offers anchovies (seitons) in different preparations (in sunflower oil, with garlic aroma, in olive oil with garlic and parsley, with lemon, pickled), anchovies (in sunflower oil, select, large selection "00", salted), banderillas (anchovy skewers with olives and onions) and appetizer sauces.

The company's philosophy is to source the finest raw materials and use artisanal production methods to offer high-quality culinary products. It seeks to improve its competitive position and distribute its products internationally.
