Quality Sparkling Wine Corpinnat Reserva Particular 2014 75 cl Brut Nature

Josep Mata Capellades, with the complicity of his sons Josep and Antoni, created the Reserva Particular de Recaredo in 1962 with the original idea of transmitting the delicacy and subtle complexity that a great long-aged sparkling wine can achieve. Faithful to this idea, Reserva Particular represents the Mediterranean in its purest state, interprets the calcareous soils of Alt Penedès and shows the deep character of the oldest Xarel lo and Macabeo vineyards (a selection of vines planted between 1950 and 1955). The plots are located in a geographical area delimited by a set of streams that converge on the Anoia River, in the lower water collection area. The vines are cultivated without herbicides or chemical insecticides.
