In the elaboration of our products we do not use any type of preservative, dye, additive or food bleach.
They are preserved thanks to natural products such as oil, vinegar or salt, and sterilization at high temperatures that ensures us to maintain the same quality for two years, with absolute food safety.
Historia
The company began its operations in 1977 on Rambla Cataluña in Olesa de Montserrat as a shop with a small workshop where products such as roasted peppers, escalivada (a type of stew), and cooked legumes were made. In 1998, it moved its facilities to the Can Cortadelles farmhouse, allowing it to expand production while maintaining the artisanal process and complying with health regulations. Since then, the company has continued to produce preserves using traditional methods, respecting tradition and quality.

It offers a wide range of canned vegetables and sauces, highlighting products such as grilled artichokes, homemade aioli, organic aioli, black garlic aioli, escalivada (a type of stew), roasted peppers, spinach with raisins and pine nuts, Santa Pau beans, Ganxet beans, free-range chickpeas, Beluga lentils, quinoa with vegetables, organic creams, and various sauces such as brava sauce, romesco sauce, and calçots sauce. It also offers organic products and variety packs.
