Historia
The company began its rice production in the 1910s with Rafael Margalef Torta. His son, Rafael Margalef Bertomeu, later modernized the rice milling process, establishing the Molí de Rafelet in Deltebre between 1935 and 1945. Today, the third generation, Teresa and Rafael, continue the family tradition, preserving inherited techniques and adapting to changes in the sector, maintaining quality and expanding the product variety.

It offers a wide range of artisanal rices (Bomba, Marisma, Carnaroli, Bahía, Gran Reserva, organic, and wholegrain), rice flour, Theresa rice beer, rice pudding and chocolate creams, gourmet packs, and gift sets. Bomba, Gran Reserva, and Carnaroli rices are the main products.
