All our oil is of extra virgin quality and is made only with olives from our olive trees. The trees are planted 6 meters apart to allow the sun's rays to penetrate. The harvesting of the olive is done with mechanical processes, preventing them from falling to the ground and mixing with the soil. Our early harvesting and our rapid processing process result in a unique oil.
