Historia
The company was founded in 1940 by brothers Eugeni and Just Bigordà, who opened a store in Balaguer. They later opened a new store with a workshop, which became the Embotits Bi-Her, SA factory. In the 1980s, the second generation of the family joined the company, driving growth and product diversification. Construction of the company's new headquarters began in 2008.

Highlights include secallona, llonganissa de pagès, botifarra, sobrasada, foie gras, Herencia 1605 cheeses, and Castell de Sant Antoni cavas.
