Originally from Sant Guim de Freixenet (La Segarra), our family has always been dedicated to agriculture and livestock. We started with the homemade production of mató to take advantage of the surplus of milk from our herds and in a short time it was already distributed among the neighbors, restaurants and shops in the area.
Historia
Pastoret began its operations in Catalonia in 1992 with the sale of Mató. In 2000, it established itself as the leading Mató producer in the region and began producing yogurt. In 2010-2011, it opened one of the most modern dairy factories in Europe and expanded its product range. In 2014-2015, it began selling its yogurts outside of Spain. In 2017-2018, it became a leading kefir brand. Since 2020, it has continued to innovate to offer traditional products with natural ingredients.

The company offers a wide range of dairy products, including yogurts (including protein yogurt, Greek-style yogurt, and organic yogurt), kefirs (cow, goat, plant-based, and organic), fresh cheeses, mató, cottage cheese, desserts such as flans and chocolate spreads, and fermented plant-based products. Some notable products include Creamy Protein Yogurt, Peach & Passion Fruit Kefir, and Fruit Treats.
