Founded in 1920 in Girona by brothers Narcís and Pere Cornellà, Cafès Cornellà began as a roasting plant and quickly became a leading supplier of coffee in the region. The company has remained in the same family for generations. The second generation joined in 1954, and the third in 1980. In 1984, the company moved to an industrial warehouse in Fornells de la Selva, automating its processes and specializing in the hospitality market. Today, Cafès Cornellà serves millions of cups annually and offers maintenance services, consulting, and technical resources to boost its customers' businesses.

The company offers a wide range of coffee-related products, including whole bean and ground coffee, capsules, and specialty blends such as Barista Pro and Espresso. It also offers coffee service products, teas and infusions under the Passion Tea brand, and accessories. Highlights include the Barista Pro (high-quality espresso coffees), Espresso (hospitality blends), Coffee Service (for vending machines), and Passion Tea (selected teas and infusions) ranges. They also offer professional Apol·lo capsules for restaurants and barista training courses.
