At Coopecarn we specialize in the production of marinated meat, fresh and frozen, as well as lard and pork rinds. Located in an area of ​​great meat tradition, in the towns of Quart and Cassá de la Selva (Girona), we started our activity in 2008 and today we have established ourselves as a benchmark company in the markets. We offer you a wide range of marinated meats from a raw material with maximum freshness, which is the essential foundation of our products. And we complement our specialization with lard, which we obtain exclusively from the pella (saín) of pork, pork rinds and snacks, products highly prized for pastry, pastries and catering market. Grup Cañigueral gives us the integral knowledge of the agri-food chain, which allows us to select the provenance, feeding and genetics of the animals. Our company is a supplier of Mercadona and has a long experience and knowledge in production and food technology.


Historia
Coopecarn began operating in 2008 in the province of Girona, establishing itself as a leading company in the marinated meat and pork products market. In 2012, the Cassà de la Selva and Quart locations merged to form COOPECARN GIRONA SLU. It is part of the Cañigueral Group, which has been operating since 1965 and has experienced constant growth and diversification in the meat sector, including the acquisition of new plants and international expansion.
